Toby is approximately 12 or 13 maybe older. We met him on a local walk & noticed he was alone without shelter. The two things donkeys need. We left a note on the gate & the owner contacted us to say he was dumped by someone & they didn’t want him as he was aggressive with other donkeys. The Donkey Sanctuary helped us by getting him castrated & gaining his trust. Once Toby had been gelded we felt it was time to introduce Tilly. Tilly is around 7 or 8 and is a lovely girl. She & Toby became inseparable straight away.

Benji is a rescue and we have had him for around 4 years. He is 7 years old. He is a bit barky and is very wary of strangers. He was unfortunately not very well looked after previously. Nell is our Border Collie. Her owner passed away & we took her in. She is about 8 and is such an affectionate soul. Always looking out for the other animals whether they like it or not. Especially the cats!

We started with the 3 kittens. Jasper, Felix & Onyx. We then started fostering for Roscomon SPCA and Otis was our first foster. He ended up being adopted!
