The Cats

We started with the three kittens - Jasper, Felix & Onyx who were born to farm/outdoor cats. The plan was for them to stay that way but it didn’t really happen!

We then started fostering for Roscommon SPCA and Otis was our first foster. He ended up being adopted by us as he was such an affectionate little soul!

Since then Hugo joined us as another foster. He was found all alone on a busy road. Sadly shortly after arriving he became very ill. The vet wanted to put him to sleep as he was totally unresponsive, however Becky decided not to give up on him and stayed up two days and nights drip feeding him glucose and hydration pouches.

Thankfully after a couple of days he was showing signs of improvement and within a week fully recovered - needless to say we couldn’t then part with him!
